This residence was an annex to the Grand Hotel des Bains, built between 1905 and 1910.
The Grand Hotel des Bains, like many establishments, was an integral part of the heritage of civil society in the mineral waters of Vals, which had become later: the SOGEVALS company.
Later, the pavilion became the home of the president and executive officer of the waters of Vals. This man lived on the ground floor and the upper floor was accessible by a staircase for the laboratory technicians responsible for the analysis of the mineral waters.
Subsequently, this pavilion became the medical office of Dr. Maurice Uzan, his house was located on the parts above. This office became that of Dr André Alland until 2011. Stéphanie and Laurent Lewandowski became the owners in 2012, they are the ones who had the idea of opening guest rooms.
